Terms of Service and Privacy Policy 隱私政策和服務條款

1. 用戶需遵守課程規定,Jalpha加爾法(以下簡稱本公司)有權利視違規情況將違規者予以退營,且不予退費。凡因營隊/課程外之個人行動,   或因違反課程規定導致意外事故或其他損失,本公司概不負責賠償。如有重大爭議,則以中華民國法律為依歸。   Everyone is required to follow the class rules. Jalpha holds the authority to decide to flunk someone out of the program who breaks the rule. If anyone is harmed or suffered loss due to ignorance of the rules, we will take no responsibility. If anyone commits a crime or gets involved in serious incidents, domestic criminal procedures according to the R.O.C. constitution will be followed.

2. 本公司保有將活動過程攝影、錄製存檔及公開播放之權利。當您確認報名成功並完成繳費後,即視為填表人同意本中心依據「個人資料蒐集、處理及利用告   知聲明」蒐集個人資訊。   Jalpha reserves the right to record participants' activities via photographs, videos and/or any other media during the period of the classes and use the files at its discretion. Once you submit and finish the application process, it will be considered that you have agreed Jalpha to collect your personal information based on the “Personal Information Collection, Processing, and Use Notification Statement.”

3. 本平台上的老師皆為自由工作者,公司不負擔任何自由工作者所需簽證、保險及居留問題等事宜;亦與教師簽訂明確的自由職業者合約,詳細說明各自的權利和義務,教師並非公司員工。   All teachers on the platform are freelancers. The company does not assume any responsibility for visas, insurance, or residency issues required by freelancers. Clear freelancer contracts are signed with the teachers, detailing their rights and obligations. Teachers are not employees of the company.

4. 本中心保留課程與活動之異動權利;若遇風災、地震或重大災害等不可抗力之因素所造成的停課事項,恕不補課及不退費。 Jalpha reserves the right to change class schedules and activities at its discretion. No make-up class will be held and no refund will be made for class suspension due to force majeure, such as typhoons or earthquake.

5. 本中心保留課程異動之權利,未開班課程全額退費,但不包含銀行手續費、匯差等必要支出。 Jalpha reserves the right to cancel the course. In this condition, the course tuition will be refund, but all handling charges, including bank fees and exchange rate differences, etc., will be paid by the applicants. The handling charges will be deducted and the refund will be paid by remittance. Thank you for your understanding.

6. 線上課程報名完成後,系統將立刻自動寄出通知信至申請者所填寫之連絡電子郵件信箱,為避免因系統設定等因素而無法成功遞達而延誤報名,若在送出線上報   名2天內未收到系統自動通知信件,請盡速與我們連絡。   After submitting the on-line application of a course, an auto-reply email will be sent to your contact email address. If you do not receive the auto-reply email within 2 days following the submission, please contact us to confirm whether your application has been received.

7. 完成線上報名並非表示報名完成,本中心將另行發送確認信,請確依信件之說明事項完成所有報名程序,包含匯款繳費,始報名成功。   若未在確認信所指示之期限內完成所有程序,則視同棄權,本單位則有權將其名額給其他用戶。   Applications are NOT considered complete until receiving the letter of admission and complete all processes. The application process should be completed before the deadline indicated in the admission letter, including remittance payment. If the processes have not been completed, the application is still incomplete and the seat will be made available to the waiting list.

8. 本活動訊息一律採電子郵件通知。若報名成功者於上課前仍未收到該通知,或   有任何問題,請主動聯絡我們,否則本中心將視同已收獲通知並充分了解其內容。   Information for the course and events will be delivered via email. The Information Package will be sent to the contact email address. If the Information Package has not been received before the course, or if there are any questions about our courses or event, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless we are contacted, Jalpha will assume the applicant has received all information.

9. 退課/改課標準:   ①上課前12小時(含)以前可申請退課/改課   ②上課12小時內申請退費,需老師/學生方同意   ③上課後,不退費。   如經繳費後申請退費,相關手續費皆由用戶自行負擔,手續費於退款金額中扣除,並以匯款方式進行退費,退費手續將於課程進行1/3後開始辦理,退費者   預計將於辦理退費手續後的一個月收到退費款項。(*報名費恕不退費)

  The cancellation or rescheduling policy of Jalpha:   

  If there are any handling charges of the refund processes, the applicants have to pay by themselves. All handling charges will be deducted by refund, and refund will be paid by remittance. The refund process starts when the courses have gone by 1/3. The Applicants will receive the refund for about 1 month after processing.   *Please note that the registration fee will not be refund.

10. 用戶請務必確實完整填寫用戶資料,並確認所填寫之各項資料皆正確無誤,如有因不實或未告知而造成之負面影響,或影響課程隊活動等情形,本中心有權利取消參加資格,並將由報名者或其法定代理人自行負責。   Users must ensure that their information is completely and accurately filled out. If any negative impacts or disruptions to class activities occur due to false information or omissions, the center reserves the right to cancel participation eligibility. Any consequences will be the sole responsibility of the registrant or their legal guardian.

教師用戶條款

使用本平台即表示您同意以下條款:

  1. 保險責任
    • 公司不負責教師的任何保險相關事宜,包括但不限於健康保險、意外保險及任何其他形式的保險。
  2. 非雇傭關係
    • 教師與公司之間的關係為自由職業者關係,教師並非公司員工。教師不享有公司員工的任何福利或權利。
  3. 稅務申報
    • 教師作為自由職業者,應自行負責申報其所得稅及其他相關稅費,並遵守當地稅務法規。
  4. 法律遵循
    • 雙方同意遵守所在地的所有相關法律和法規。教師保證其教學行為及提供的服務符合所有適用的法律要求。
  5. 代收轉付
    • 教師同意公司代收學生支付的課程費用,並在扣除相應的服務費後,將餘額轉付給教師。具體轉付方式及時間將根據平台規定進行。
  6. 資料準確性
    • 教師應保證其在平台上所填寫的所有資料均為真實、準確及完整。如有任何變更,教師應及時更新其個人資料。
  7. 終止條款
    • 教師可隨時停止使用平台。雙方仍需履行終止前已產生的義務及責任。未使用的權益將在一年後由平台撤收。
  8. 爭議解決
    • 使用本平台即表示您同意接受本條款的所有規定。

Freelancer Teacher Terms

By using this platform, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Insurance Responsibility
    • The Company does not assume any responsibility for the Teacher's insurance matters, including but not limited to health insurance, accident insurance, or any other form of insurance.
  2. Non-Employment Relationship
    • The relationship between the Teacher and the Company is that of a freelancer. The Teacher is not an employee of the Company and is not entitled to any benefits or rights enjoyed by Company employees.
  3. Tax Reporting
    • As a freelancer, the Teacher is responsible for declaring their own income tax and any other related taxes, and must comply with local tax regulations.
  4. Legal Compliance
    • Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the jurisdiction. The Teacher ensures that their teaching activities and services provided meet all applicable legal requirements.
  5. Payment Collection and Transfer
    • The Teacher agrees that the Company will collect course fees paid by students on behalf of the Teacher, and after deducting the service fee, the remaining amount will be transferred to the Teacher. The specific method and timing of the transfer will be in accordance with the platform's regulations.
  6. Accuracy of Information
    • The Teacher must ensure that all information provided on the platform is true, accurate, and complete. The Teacher should promptly update their personal information if there are any changes.
  7. Termination Terms
    • The Teacher may stop using the platform at any time. Both parties shall still fulfill obligations and responsibilities incurred before stopping usage. Unused benefits may be revoked by the platform after one year.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    • By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
